Explore the campus A private medical college with its own hospital on the Samayapuram campus. It was started in 2021 by the Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Charitable and Educational Trust. MBBS seats are filled only through NEET (UG) and counselling.
The Trichy campus is at Samayapuram, on the Trichy–Chennai highway (NH-45), near the Samayapuram toll plaza. The main institution here is Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University (DSU). It was set up under the Tamil Nadu Private Universities Act, 2019.
Note: The parent university is not clear. The college's 2026 prospectus names a deemed university, but we could not find a UGC notice for it, and the DSU website still shows the college under DSU. The printed DSU brochure also shows a School of Medicine (approved by NMC) with MBBS, MD Community Medicine and MS Otorhinolaryngology. The college website menu lists many other MD/MS subjects; we only show the two PG courses that all three sources list. Confirm everything with the college office.
